Well I ran on Friday night when I knew I shouldn't. It had rained nearly all week and had more forecasted for Friday but I loaded up and went anyway. Humid as **** with DA of 6100'. Only got one run before the rain started.

I'm going again this Friday. I'm hoping for better prep so I can get back to my normal 1.6 60' times. Maybe I'll get lucky and the DA will be less than 5000 too. Crossing my fingers!
