estimated HP and torque Peaks

estimated HP and torque Peaks building a boost combo, but it's running N/A until spring most likely. Trying to tune myself using HP efi and want to know where my peak torque curve should fall so I can dip my timing down a bit. Hell, if someone wants to input an actual number that could get me close or a hp/tq guess thats fine too 
combo:
2002 5.3 (stock heads etc)
230/236 114+4 (btr stg3 turbo)
Holley Hi ram
Stock truck manifolds v-banded and flipped, dynomax bullets poked out the fenders, loud for now, setup for turbo later.
