Default 1/4 Mile times???

Hey guys I wanted to ask your opinion on 1/4 mile times. I wanted to take my car to the track before the summer ended, and I am curious as to what It will run in the 1320. I've beaten some 12.0 cars on the street but that has been from a roll. What can I expect on the track given that the car is driven well? Most mods are in the sig with the exception of a tune by Houston House of Power.

Honestly- It all depends on how you launch and your 60' times. Your 60' time will dictate how well you run the 1/4 mile, pending all your shifts are perfect. Running from a roll is a lot different than launching from a stand still. Your NT555's aren't going to do you any favors. I'm guessing you're going to have to launch around 1500 RPM's. Anything higher and you're going to spin those tires! You'd hook a lot better if you had some DOT....

On street tires I'm thinking low 12's with your setup

I am afraid for my 10-bolt's life if I put anything stickier on it

Nah it can hold more than you think. It's all in how you drive it. I'm on the 10 bolt with mods in sig lol

Looks like you have a nice carrier. I stuck with the Torsen carrier because when it's all said and done, I want a road race car so I wanted a diff that could put the power down out of a turn.

This is my 3rd 10-bolt. It's got a girdle now so hopefully it'll hold up. I need my LCA relocation brackets and then I'll hit the track and see what happens. I also want a 160 degree thermo before I go but I can't find it on summit.

With a small cam like that and a decent sixty, I'll give you mid 12's@115.
