If you are talking about the 3" true dual exhaust, probably close to 420rwhp (maybe more), with the limiting factor being the 1-3/4" headers.

If it has a Y-pipe, then probably right around 400rwhp.

Looks like it is going to be a solid combination, regardless of the exhaust system. I just really think some 1-7/8" headers and a true dual exhaust would let you see what this setup is really capable of.

Cam better suited to FAST 102 & 1 7/8" LTs in my opinion.
Keeping what you have I believe 224/228 would run better with your
Intake & exhaust. Will still run very well but not optimized.

Which exhaust do you have? The true duals or the Y-pipe?

Porting the intake and throttle body will help.

The 1-3/4" headers are going to be holding everything from reaching its full potential with those heads and that cam.

If you have true duals, the 1-3/4" headers will be slightly less of a problem, but you will still see improvement changing them to 1-7/8" primaries. If you have an exhaust with a Y-pipe, then the 1-3/4" headers are definitely going to be holding things back with those heads and that cam.

Those heads are a really good choice. And that cam isn't bad, it will just perform better when complimented by a good exhaust and intake. Your fast 92/92 is a good intake and will be better when ported. The exhaust is really the only part of the puzzle in question here, since it starts with less than optimal 1-3/4" headers.

Oh, it's the cat-back, I thought you were talking about a full exhaust. If you are running 1-3/4" headers and the stock Y-pipe/exhaust back to the axle, then your exhaust system is choking everything and will choke the new heads and cam even more. The AFR 210's are great heads and have excellent exhaust flow, but your exhaust is like trying to breath through a straw.

If I were you, I would run the heads and cam you have right now, get 1-7/8" headers with a true dual exhaust system with a scavenge pipe (X or H pipe), and have your Fast 92 and TB ported. THEN, get the AFR 210's and SSHT cam, that way you can actually appreciate what the heads and cam have to offer.
