HP ESTIMATES ON 427 engine I'm putting this in my 01 2500hd 4x4,
Dart block 4.125 bore 4.00 stroke 427
10:4:1 compression tbss intake 92mm speed engineering throttle body
2 inch primary speed engineering long tube headers 3 collector
227/237 @50 cam 600/600 lift 113 lsa
AFR mongoose 245 heads 73 cc combustion chamber
CIRCLE D 2800 stall 4L80E 35 INCH TIRES 4.10 GEARS x pipe true duals

That TBSS intake isn't that great for that many cubic inches. I think it would hold you back, my guess is 540 at the crank.
