What is PHS?

The car has some rust on it...not terrible for a car of this age. I have done a pretty good job of putting the rust inhibiter on it. I have been driving it daily for 2 years...very reliable.

The paint is okay and the bottoms of the doors are little rusty, but I have been putting rust inhibitor on it religiously. Looks good. The headlight motors work good and the dash pad is perfect.
