Is there much of a difference between an LT1 and LS1 catback? I have a Magnaflow on my LT1 if you're interested. Probably about 10-15k miles on it. I just am not sure the differences between an LT1 and an LS1 catback, I heard the bend may be different.

I hear ya bro, When I was 21 and had the loudmouth on my 99 Z28 I thought it was great. Now I'm 30 and the loudmouth on my WS6 now is really making me sick. Did you ever consider replacing the resonator with a Dynomax bullet or a loudmouth 2 muffler? I plan on using a dynomax or borla bullet. If you are unfamiliar with what im talking about check out ls1sounds.com or search borlamouth or dynomouth on this site

Get some long tubes, that'll add some noise!

As for the LM setup, some guys in EPFBA informed me I'd need to buy a kit to make it adapt to an LT1 car for $40. I'm still interested, but I was hoping not to spend any money on this deal .

Oh well. I live in New Ringgold. Are you familiar with the E-Z Pull junk yard?

This is when I had my car at the track in June. You can tell the car isn't all that loud unless you're on it.

The Magnaflows are 3" with 3.5" chrome tips if I recall. It's all stainless, too. I'd go with the KU guy's system. I already have a cutout and stuff I'm waiting to install on mine and I'm further away. If it falls through let me know.
