pretty much gave the Phillies 0 respect when they picked them to finish 3rd in the division behind the Mets and Marlins. ahh...its nice being the underdog sometimes.
and now to all you haters that are gonna come in here and start talkin smack about how we're gonna lose to the Rays... to cause your team is sitting home biotches....

How does joe buck get to be the announcer for these games. as i recall earlier he said the washington redsocks. Did he mean the Boston Redsocks. Everyone was saying wtf? He shouldn't have his job....

just like the brewers were a better team and we weren't supposed to win....just like the Redsox are the superior team and the Rays have no shot....just like the Cubs are the team to beat in the NL and wont lose to the Dodgers...just like manny will be the differance and they will beat Philly. blah blah blah...yadda yadda yadda...give me a break....we'll see what happens.

If I have to endure another series listening to those fools I'm gonna shoot myself. I enjoy listening to Harry Kalas on the radio than listening to those bums on TV.
I thought they all committed mass suicide. On a bright note David Wright and Billy Wagner were both 3 under par in the New Yorker Losers National golf tourney today. Things are really looking good for their golf careers. At least they don't choke on the golf course.

I like Joe Buck, McCarver at times, makes me want to stab my ears with a rusty screwdriver. I really wish we could get "our" announcers for the playoffs. It's only right, I mean they are with the team throughout the entire season, the fans don't want to hear a few out of town schleps talk like they know the team. I'm sure with all the technology out there they could allow the hometown guys broadcast just on the feed going to Philly and vice versa for the other team. But then again the all mighty dollar gets in the way.
