I'll be there tonight (pending any big things with the car). I'm leaving West Chester, PA around 5pm and won't get there 'til about 6 or 6:30. 7 isn't that bad. Even if you get in 1-3 runs, that'd be fine with me for $15.

So last time at the track I pulled the spare tire and everything else. This time I am coming pretty full (tool box, spare, other junk).

Two questions...

I ran 32 psi last time, typically 51 on the highway. What's a good recommended pressure in this cold weather? Temp is supposed to be 52* at 5pm and 43* at 8pm. So 20psi or so? Less?

What do any of you auto guys (with stock converter) usually launch at? My new brakes still aren't here so I may just go with whatever I can hold at the line....

Congrats on your best! I wish I could say the same thing!

ls2pontiac: I try to stay out of town ;-) Inspection ran out in April and I am waiting on b/o'd o2 sensors... fawk. Every time I come by the Wawa it's always the damn ricers. Is there actually a night they aren't there? I enjoy driving through and staring them down hah.

nhra_crazy: Oh really? What were you in and where'd ya see me? lol. Yah that was my buddy from work. I keep trying to get guys from work to go, but they all wuss out!

I saw a few f-body and LS1 guys there. Not sure how many actually are on here... but here's my review of the night, with my numbers:

Dont worry about inspection. I ran no inspection/no emissions for over 9 months. I got 4 tickets for it, but thats only because i was pulled over for speeding every time and they tacked that on. If you don't get pulled over, they won't pull you over for that. So come on out!

If you look up my records you'll see I've been popped for it 3+ times, with that being the ONLY offense. 2 of the 3 times it was a "fix it" ticket. That typically gives ya 2-3 months (before your court date) to get it inspected.

Ah, okay. I was going to say... I usually notice most f-bodies and 'vette's. Hope you get your heater working soon! Must be nice to have a heated garage lol. I don't even have a garage at this point unless I drive up to Jersey... and even then my car won't fit all the way in.

haha, I got the Monsoon and it wouldn't drown it out, lol.

I pulled the girdle/diff. cover off after work. From what I can tell so far, I had a pinion bearing fail... No biggie. Plus, I got a few more 10 bolts left, haha...
