It's a spicket that replaces your drain plug. You twist a little stick and the oil comes out. You dont need to remove the plug (my hands and forearms wont be covered in burning oil). You can also swivel the end spout to adjust for where the oil pan is or attach a hose to it. You wouldnt even need one tool for an oil change.

F body cars I think it will cause a clearance issue with headers
Definately gonna put one on my diesel truck when I buy it in the spring, the capacity of the crankcase is more then my catch can will hold, will make it easy to drain it until the pan is full, stop the oil drain, drain the pan then finish draining the crankcase.
That's why I bought that thing, I wasn't going to the dealer and buying a 2 dollar gasket every time I wanted to change the oil, screw that.
Stupid jap's, I dunno why they didn't just put a o-ring on the plug, or hell nothing at all like 99% of cars have.
That little valve works good though, mine never leaked, and definately made changing oil easier.
