WTG! Hopefully I will be in the same boat come October. I'm renting a house right now with an option to buy, but I want something out of town and bigger with a garage. I was already preapproved so I know what I can afford. I just need to come up with 3%!

etc...

In my case to I gotta buy all new appliances as well.

It's been a crazy month of getting things done and lined up, and meetings, etc...

The place is nothing super special, but it's new and it's mine. Should be plenty for the 2 of us. One day I'm sure I'll move on to bigger/better LOL.

 

Signing is a depressing and exciting day. Wait till they show you the papers of 360 payments and $100 going to the princible balance

**** only about 15% of what I paid out last year on the mortgage went on the principal if you take out what I paid on it extra
