I hope that asshat Murtha gets his way and brings them to PA so they end up on the streets of Philly and NYC to gather and plot their next terrorist mission. I feel terrible for the innocent children they will kill but it appears the only way to wake up the liberals is for alqueda to kill thousands of American citizens. At least they will attack the big cities full of liberals who freed them and not the burbs and flyover country.

Lets see some of these other great CHANGES we are getting.

Treasury Secretary Tim Geithner --Does not pay taxes for 4 years straight even after the IRS "reminds" him. Pays up the 40k without penalties or interest a week before hearings so he can still get the job --- and they f-ing give him the job. I would be in jail for not paying taxes for four years. Change-- sure looks like another crook to me.

CIA Director Leon Panetta. An America hating, military hating clintonista socialist with zero background in intelligence. Never been anything but a clinton hat holder but now hes gonna destroy our most important agency in the war on terror.

Sec of state Hiilllary clinton. Rose Law firm billing records anyone ? "I dont know how they showed up there with my recent fingerprints, I have not seen them." after they were subpoenaed and mysteriously dissappeared then reappeared in the white house bedroom after the investigation was over. only good thing is she cant be any more stupid than Madeline Allbright arquably the most inept sec of state ever.

Attorney General --- Eric Holder the man responsible for the Marc Rich pardon after denise rich gave millions to the clinton library. Marc Rich stole 150 million dollars from you and I for those who dont know. He was convicted but escaped the country while awaiting sentencing. Now hes back in America to bend us over again.

Barney Frank and Chris Dodd still overseeing Freddy and Fanny. Do your own research on this one.

Robert Reich economic adviser "I do not want to see this stimulus money going to white construction workers"

All the college kids in love with obama were 10 yrs old when we were attacked on 9-11 those of you older are idiots. we just surrendered to an enemy we soundly defeated on the battlefields.

Any of you young socialists ever read about the USSR -- socialism didnt work out so good. So sad to see this great country going down the ******* like this.
forgot gun control. No more 2nd ammendmant.

Thumbs down

Oh, you're going to really love this Obama guy now Alex LOL...stricter emissions and better fuel economy becoming law soon...no more fast cars for us soon I bet:

Obama Said to Clear Path for New Greenhouse-Gas Emissions Rules

By Kim Chipman

Jan. 26 (Bloomberg) -- President Barack Obama will take steps aimed at allowing California to enforce vehicle emissions rules, clearing the way for other states to adopt the same standards intended to curb global warming, people familiar with the matter said.

Obama is also expected to announce today that his administration will begin finalizing new rules requiring cars and light trucks to be more fuel efficient, the people said.

The president is likely to ask his Environmental Protection Administration chief, Lisa Jackson, to reconsider California’s request for a waiver to begin a state program aimed at cutting gases tied to global warming by 30 percent by 2016. The Bush administration had denied the request by California and 13 other states. Automakers also oppose the new rules.

Obama, who pledged during his campaign to reverse Bush’s ruling, is to announce his order on the California waiver today at the White House, the people said. California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger, a Republican, and Mary Nichols, head of the state’s Air Resources Board, both have pushed for the new administration to overturn Bush’s decision.

“I ask that you direct the U.S. EPA to act promptly and favorably on California’s reconsideration request so that we may continue the critical work of reducing our greenhouse-gas emissions and their impact on global climate change,” Nichols wrote in a Jan. 21 letter to Obama.

Automaker Opposition

General Motors Corp., Ford Motor Co., Chrysler LLC and companies represented by the Alliance of Automobile Manufacturers trade group sued to block California’s rules, arguing that developing vehicles that comply would cost billions of dollars.

Automakers also say the program creates regulatory chaos and will reduce the types of models they can sell in California and other states that want to adopt the rules.

GM, Ford and Chrysler last month got government pledges for as much as $17.4 billion in emergency loans to stave off bankruptcy. The three companies said this weekend that about 988 of their dealerships closed or were consolidated in 2008 because of the lowest sales rate of light trucks and cars in the U.S. last year since 1992.

The Transportation Department earlier this month said the outgoing Bush administration would delay setting new fuel- economy rules, postponing action on a 2007 law that calls for boosting Corporate Average Fuel Economy, or CAFE, rules for the first time in three decades.

That left it up to Obama’s new administration to set guidelines for 2011 models before a March 31 deadline.

Obama is making an overhaul in U.S. energy policy a key part of an economic stimulus package he is pushing lawmakers to approve by the middle of next month. His goals include doubling renewable-energy generating capacity in three years and accelerating an overhaul of the nation’s power transmission system.

On the campaign trail, Obama promised to end U.S. dependence on oil from the Middle East and Venezuela within 10 years.

Well of cource, after all, we cause blobal warming by driving cars and burning coal. Before the 1800's and the industrial revolution, the Earth's climate never shifted from warm periods to cold periods. So clearly killing off automotive emmitions will stop the Earth's warming and cooling cycles.

You're the one who said you would vote for him again in 4 years Mark.

American car companies suck at making well made, reliable, appealing low fuel consumption cars. So why bail them out if you are going to put this law into effect? Might as well let them go out of business when everyone has to buy 3 cylinder Skoda's and Fiats...

Your very wrong my friend.. The earth does have nature cooling and heating cycles... Ever heard of the little ice ages? Happens every couple of thousand years or sooner.. Did you also know that active volcano's may be bigger poluters of all.. I'm not saying humans aren't speeding up the process dramatically either.... Ice is definetely melting and breaking off at much faster and alarming rate in the poles... Oceans will rise soon, probably in our life times if something isn't done.......
Just saying there are natural global cooling and heating cycles too as proven thru history and science...

Keep in mind if drilling was allowed in ANWR that oil would not belong to the United States. It would go on the world market. This might cause a slight drop in oil prices due to a small increase in supply, however OPEC could simply reduce production to keep the supply stable, as they have in the past. Drilling in ANWR is not going to bring us energy independence, only alternative fuels can do that. Start with ethanol and other biofuels along with hybrid technology and work our way to wind and solar generated electricity. That is how we will become energy independent.

We have about 3% of the worlds oil. That is if we opened up everywhere we could possibly drill, it would accumulate to 3% of the worlds oil. We consume 25%...

And can't forget about China and India with their growing demand.

That's funny because I was planning on naming my next kid Leon Otis Washington the II... Gotta love those African American names...

The funny thing all these names were most likely wealthy white names of the past... Wealthy Plantation white slave owners names in most cases...... African-American slaves typically incorporated their slave masters names over time..... The Jackson's, Washington's, etc... That is why you see some blacks trying to go back to roots via Muslim style, and go with some African name... Like Lewis Alcindor to Kareem Abdul Jabar for example...

I am a white guy too and just happen to know some black history for some reason.... Black history class 101 is now over...
