As the title says, I am looking for someone who does PA State Inspections. The reason I ask is to not get something that is unsafe passed, but to help me out with something. I drive a 2001 Pontiac Trans-Am WS6 and the inspection is due up in April, however the car has long tube headers on it and an off-road y-pipe meaning the car does not have catalytic converters on it. I know PA does not have emmissions, or atleast in my area, but I am not sure of the law on having cats on the car. I am looking for anyone that could possibly inspect my car and help me out on the headers/y-pipe part, I am not looking to uninstall then reinstall the headers for the sake of inspection as it is a pretty big job and takes a while. Other then that the car has no reason not to pass. I have new tires on it, will be ordering new rotors/pads for it before it goes back on the road (off the road for winter til late March).
If you would prefer not to post up here feel free to PM me. I am located in NE PA in the Poconos so the closer the better, but if I have to drive somewhere then thats what I gotta do.
So please help me out here guys!

I am an inspector and legally in areas of PA that do not have Emission Inspections still get a visual inspection as part of the State inspection, and need to have Cats for that visual. You just need to find someone that is willing to pass it. Ask around I am sure someone will do it.
