timing system is girl with ***** turns on a floodlight. that means go. (hence the name flashlight drags).
if you chase, you race.... if you think the guy jumped, then don't race. if you say he jumped after the race (assuming you still tried to beat him), they use the "if you chase, you race" rule... no matter how obvious it is.
