I have a feeling that someone reported smoke in the area. Maybe he either 1.) Realized it was us, didn't give a crap and kept going or 2.) Truly was dumb enough not to see the piles of rubber he drove past, me walking back to my beacon of my car parked up the road with a camera in one hand and a tripod in the other, or my buddy parking his Z28. Either way, on my way home, I did not see any police activity in the direction which he drove.
