Gettin' Slowhawked Hey guys I just dropped my car off at slowhawk performance waiting to get my car all powered up! Its a 2009 Pontiac G8 GT and we are doing American racing headers with cats, this system goes all the way to the stock axle backs. I am keeping the axle backs because they sound really good with this system and it also has a lot less drone at highway speeds then after market mufflers. A new thermostat to keep temps down. New era performance supplied the new over the radiator intake and an under drive pulley to for better response. To top it all off I'm having the throttle body ported! with Dons awesome tune this thing is going to kick some serious...
I got the car base lined and it is doing 300hp and 325lbs tq

I definitely can't wait to see how it does with that setup! I really want to do some exhaust work, but I love the stock tips so I hate to get rid of them. If this setup sounds good and makes decent power I'd definitely look into following suit. Any chance for an exhaust video after it's done?

Yeah that's the one I was thinking about at Walgreens. Really white, I've seen a white one once in our parking garage. I work on the other side of Brandeis University in the Stony Brook Office Park.
Well, it looks like I won't go that route of keeping the stock catback if that's holding it back alot, lol. Is this with all the mods listed above, or just the headers?
