It isn't on top of Mt. washington, It is down below right by the river. Between Stationsquare and the Westend bridge.

Yes the lots by the incline at 5:00. I will be there. Just to be sure, if you are at the point and looking at Mt. Washington, the incline we are meeting by is on the right. There are a few big lots there, lots of people actually take pics there too.
