Just got in!
I didn't get kicked out but I just went up for fun tonight and a little bit of seat time.
I typically take out some weight, pull out the driver's side head light for better air flow to the blower and pump my drag bags up more...

All in all I had fun, got some much needed seat time since I haven't driven the car since November and I will be back out soon enough. Next time the headlight is coming out for sure, so I can at least MPH like I am going fast.
Not the best night and certainly not the worst. It was somewhat humid and about 65 degrees or so.
Bunch of rude people walking in the way thinking they own the ground they walk on... tons of **** box street tire cars and then a bunch of nice cars. There was a silver vette there but from what I was told he wasn't wowing anyone, I did hear that the car has gone 200mph+ though.
And of course there were your regulars and the guys like me that were just there getting some much needed seat time... there was one vette I wanted to drive for the poor guy!

On the way to the track I stopped at HMS motorsports in danvers cause they have the largest helmet selection around. I figured if I found a helmet I liked I'de buy it and run the car, if not I'de spectate. Well I tried on the helmet I was thinkin about buying and liked it but they didnt have an XL in stock. So I got to the track and knew I'de need a helmet but thought I'de see if they'de let me run 1/8th. Tech said no way and also told me I'de have to completly clear everything out of my car (I still have the car packed with tools cause I was planning on trying to make it to indianapolis this weekend)
So it was a no go but they are supposed to get the helmet on monday and I should get it by wednesday. If everything goes well I'll run wednesday night. Still having problems dropping cylinders though on the passenger cylinder bank. I need to replace that damn passenger side coil pack connector. I drove it through friday night boston traffic though and then up to new hampshire and she made it.

Glad to see yo got some passes in. I'm a little surprised your not well above 90mph in the 1/8th on those 1.6 60's. Ehh once you shake off the rustyness you'll be back to your low 11's. Still fun as hell.
I definitely want more seat time to get the car back to these numbers and better:
