Mike at Rapid is the man

A year or so ago I had Mike install his Dominator 2 and tune my car. He also installed my nitrous kit a bit before that. About 6 months ago I started having a hesitation issue with my car. I tried asking the forum and troubleshooting the problem myself, but nothing I tried worked. Shortly after I had a clutch installed at a closer shop and asked them to look into the hesitation. They insisted it was the tune even though the tune had been fine for months. They re-tuned the car and the issue still came back.

Since then I've kind of just had the car sitting until I had a chance to take it to Mike. He was able to diagnose and fix the problem within minutes.

The best part about this was the price... he did the work for FREE and supplied a plug wire of his own free of charge. He also reloaded his tune in and found out what was wrong with my bottle heater.

There are a lot of big name sponsors on here with big reputations, but no one I've dealt with in any service industry has matched the customer service that Mike delivers. Everyone else who reviews him says the same thing... he makes you feel like his only customer.

Mike is the man. He and Tim do the best work and like you said..."makes you feel like your his only customer". He does not B/S you like a lot of people in the industry do.
