just wondering if anybody here went to the bloomsburg 4 wheel jamboree this year? i obviously couldn't make it this year and was curious how it was. i went last year but wasn't too impressed with it, it definetly has been better in previous years.

I didn't go but I was in the area (Danville) Saturday. It rained like a SOB with tornado warnings from late afternoon through the following morning.

Like you said, it's not what it used to be. So, now it's pretty much just a reason to avoid Bloomsburg for a weekend so as not to have to deal with the traffic jam and 20 police cars patrolling.

Will you be home the weekend of August 8th? There's a big car show all weekend at the Bloomsburg fairgrounds. Saturday is the big cruise downtown where they shutdown main street and we all get to park 4 cars wide and take over downtown for a couple of hours. Really cool.

Dammit, no I won't be, but that sounds like a really good time. I always liked the town of Bloomsburg and I think that it is the perfect backdrop for a car show/cruise
