Kimbo got hosed! As much as I wanted to see Big Country go to town on Kimbo....Kimbo got robbed on that! He could have punched Kimbo like that all day and Kimbo wouldn't have been fazed. That sucked.

I never got into this stuff, but I wanted to see Kimbo get beat down cause of his internet videos. After I started watching, I realized Kimbo is actually a decent fighter, and in incredible shape. Roy is a fat ***. Maybe an incredible ground fighter, but an out of shape fatass that was afraid to stand with Kimbo. He smothered him on the ground and bopped him in the head like a little kid in a pillow fight because those little bops still scored points, and they had to call the fight. It was lame. I'm stuck in a hotel room taking classes for work. I had nothing else to do.

what a joke of a fight if you want to even call it that. country smothered kimbo and tapped him on the top of his head. the only good shot of the fight was a right from kimbo that put a nice mark on countrys face. the title of this thread says it all...kimbo got hosed!!! he really is a nice guy on the show, i hope he gets redemption next week!

I didn't watch it last night, and I missed it 
One thing I can say, is that after watching the first show this season, anyone that had any questionable thoughts as to the IQ (or lack thereof) of rampage jackson, should be put to rest. That guy really is a dumb m-f'er.
I'm not entirely surprised to hear that Kimbo lost though, Dana White has has talked so much trash about that guy for so long, that honestly there was no way he'd allow him to win, just to save face if nothing else. Fight was rigged for sure I bet, because big country is a fat slob that is a sad excuse for a mma fighter.

I watched MMA for years and well before UFC got their deal w/ Spike and the funny thing is that there is the "Hype" and there are the "Goods", Kimbo was by far more Hype then I have seen in years and by far can not deliver.
I want Lesnar and Fedor but I am sure that will never happen, or at least the way it should be which is a 3 fight deal, build up and execution. I think at best they will do a one shot deal.

That was not a fight. Big Country used smoothered Kimbo with his belly and gave him love taps on top of his head. Makes you wonder if that was scripted.
I loved how after the fight, Big Country wanted to go home and get something to eat.
On the other hand, I was surprised at Kimbo's attitude. I thought he was going to be a real cocky SOB but it turned out to be the other way around.

Kimbo got dominated by a third rate MMA fighter... no suprise. It doesn't matter that the punches didn't hurt him, Kimbo was completely defenseless on the ground. If you can't defend yourself, they have to stop the fight...
I didn't see it either, I don't watch it much. I've seen 2 of Kimbo's fights, he's a good fighter and has got a good chin. He's not the GREAT fighter he was hyped up to be but he is good.
Not seeing the fight this is only my speculation but it seems like Kimbo should have fought him differently, not get into a position of being pinned down like that and not able to get up. Big mistake it sounds like.

I just watched the video on you tube. Kimbo fucked up. There's a point in the fight where BC is driving Kimbo backwards and Kibmo brings his leg up to give him a knee and that takes away all his leverage, he went right down with BC on top of him. I wouldn't be surprised if the takedown took all the wind out of Kimbo when BC landed on him. Fight was over right there.
IMO, Kimbo came in way too light as well. It looks good but they set weight limits in sports like boxing and wrestling for a reason. Kimbo could have easily came in at 20-30 lbs heavier, he was more ripped in that fight than I've ever seen him.

i agree 100% with this.
but i disagree i think dana likes Kimbo a lot now. and i think dana was disgusted by big country's "win". Dana likes what the fans r gonna like, and thats a good stand up brawl, not a use ur weight and lay on top of a guy. i think Kimbo will get another shot and take advantage of it.

Fans who want Stephan Bonnar (sp) and Forrest Griffin stand up slug fests 100% of the time are morons as that is simply not what MMA is about. Start watching Pride FC videos and if you throught on the ground was boring, try watching a guy on his back, kick out so the guy standing could not even get near his grounded opponent for 2 rounds. Compared to that UFC is not bad at all.

im not a big fan of the show, i love the ufc but dont care to much about the show, but i was watching it each week to see my boy kimbo, but now its not a big deal i'll wait till the end and see who wins. unless i got nothing else to do

Noyzee I am with you on Kimbo. I dont like BC first of all and hate him even more for what he said when he "won" the fight. Get a whopper with cheese for the king? Get a life you fat slob. I watched the show years ago but havent watched for probably two years. I starting watching again to see Kimbo because I thought he was a cave man looking thug and I wanted to see how he was. I now think he is a down to earth, like-able guy. Its not his fault that some back yard fighting on youtube put him where he is now. He is just taking an opportunity that any guy in his position would take. He admits that he needs to be trained to compete with professional fighters. He looks like he is in excellent shape and improving. I hope he takes it to the top and fights again next week!
