Both my car and my gf's have longtubes with high flow cats. Never been a problem. One inspector was like ohhh i see you have longtubes...just point to the cats and we are good to go. Neither of us run rear o2s or any other emission equipment but we haven't had a problem.

No problems here in Mass so far on my truck. I have Lt's and Ory, but the light is tuned off. Passed with the OBD2 emissions no problem. As long as the guy doesnt do a visual you will be all set im shure. I used to be a Mass inspector and I never looked for a visual, and never thought to. Just never occured to me that someone might not have them as long as the SES light was off. I have been pulled over numerous times but never had them look for the cats or ask about them. I just got a ticket for loud exhaust once haha.
