Any NYC/Brooklyn/5 Boro/NJ residents here?
I know this is off topic and not really suited for a car site, but oh well.
My uncle just opened up an authentic pizza joint in Brooklyn. They dont serve typical pizza, he specializes in brick oven style pizza with nothing but the freshest ingredients. The oven that he cooks the pizzas in was made to order from him in Italy and the pizzas that it produces are AMAZING tasting, nothing like typical pizza. The resturant, or "Paulie Gee's" as its named is located on 60 Greenpoint Ave Brooklyn, NY 11222. I am trying to help his place succeed, he has put a TON of time and money into this whole operation.
He just opened it up last Sat and the grand opening was a huge success, now just to keep that momentium flowing. The way the place is laid out is very cool, you enter through 2 huge wooden doors and once inside there is a bar to your left and seating to the right. If you keep heading back there is more seating and it opens up to a larger dinning room. At the end of the dinning room is where my uncle prepares and cooks all the pizza, right in plain site of the customers he making it for. The oven is right behind him and you can see the pizzas cook. Of course there is also a kitchen to keep more ingredients, make salads, etc. One drink that is kind of a specialty there is Lemon Chello, made with Everclear, but they also have a full bar with everything else.
So if anyone is interested in checking the place out the address is 60 Greenpoint Ave Brooklyn, NY 11222. He also has a website up which is www.PaulieGee.com # is (347) 987-3747.
Just trying to get his places name out there and make it a success, Thanks!

If your in NYC it is WELL worth it! He has been featured in the Wall Street Journal alongside many other highly ranked sources. If you are in the area its a MUST! It is now considered an area attraction!
Unfortunitly he has not offered delivery. However he is considering opening up another place in Vail, Colorado or Lake Tahoe, CA!
