Here in Texas it is very easy to get an inspection done. I was curious to see how hard it is to pass an inspection there. according to my friend they are very **** about stuff.
Mods on car that would make me fail is !EGR, !AIR, and !rear 02s, headers, catted y, tinted turn signals. other mods can be found on my fquick page. and of course the car is tuned so it wont throw any codes but with air and egr removed i will probably fail right away on the visual
also i may be tinting my windows, what is the legal limit there?

What part of Virginia are you gonna move to. I had a car with LT's/ORY/no egr air pump 02s. I passed. But I would had failed emissions if I didnt register it in a county that didnt require emissions. Tinted window law is 50% sides unless you have a 4 door and the rear door windows can be 35% same as the rear window.

Ok thats not to far from me. Thats considered (NOVA) Northern Virginia. Stafford north require emissions. All you gotta do is change your garage jeridtion to a county that dont require emissions.
