i think the best wouldve been is to have a couple police dogs chase him down and chomp on him for a few minutes. he wouldve wished hed been tased. ****, he couldve been a terrorist. you cant **** around anymore.

Cops are trained to use tazers only if they are threatened with harm. Those things are not a slap on the wrist, they can kill people.
