i have gotten a few on my wheels, on my exhaust tone etc etc.

but my favorties are at shows or at the track when after they hear what it runs they r shellshocked and have to know what is done to it. and the first things they ask are head cam? or nitrous? and i can grin and say nope just mild bolt ons with bone stock suspension and 10 bolt

 

I had some guy tell me that the car is "insane" looking once.

Once I had a hot girl I know tell me my car is beautiful.... I facepalmed and said I know what she means but beautiful isn't the right word lol.

Otherwise just the standard waves and nods from people I don't know, and little kids staring. Or just small comments from people in parking lots.

i was rolling by some lil kid and his mom in a parking lot and the lil kid was staring so i threw a lil rev at him and i could of sworn he jumped to the moon ahahahaha

 

I get compliments on the color of my TA all the time... Guess its cause there are so few Quasar blues.

and in internetland, I'm not fast by any stretch, but it gets the job done. I autocross a bit, and i always get complemented on how predictable the rear end will step out and how its quite awesome to watch me steer with the throttle. but thats just because my summers are bald...

 

I never get anything with my own car but get alot with customer cars.Most common is when I get gas for them. Alot of people say - nice car. My reply is always - it's not mine,I'm just getting paid to beat the crap out of it

 

I always get mixed reviews. Everytime I go to Cecil people think I'm PJ and get excited. Then I make a pass and they ask me why I'm only running 10.40's today.

One of these days maybe I can be fast. LOL

i had a 60 something balding older fellow drive right up to my window in an 94 lesabre flagging me down. i had the draglites' with the skinnys on . he just wanted to tell me he loved the way my car looked as he was lookin the car over from his driver window and not at me.

it was nice to actually have an older fellow appreciate newer muscle.

 

my buddy was behind me at a car show the other night in his cobra, when we parked he goes.."man, its sad when i am behind you...i cant even hear my own car at all"

so his boss comes over and says to him, your car really sounds like a ***** compared to his.

for the record his is cobra with magnaflow..mine is cam, kooks, 3inch no cats

 

my favorite, and also mf GF's favorite because she says my car is ghetto looking...at a car show two guys come and and say word for word...."yo dat ***** ghetto damn dats nice". I considered selling it that day haha.

down hot rod this year i was at a stoplight in front of bellybusters next to a sonic blue 03 cobra and a Twin Turbo 2V(plate said TT Stang)........about 5 guys yelled "I got my money on that Cadillac"

one more i pulled into a parking spot and the guy rolled down his window and said "that doesnt sound like grandpas Cadillac"

 

The best compliment I got is when Nicole told me she likes my car better...

best for me was from my dad, I just got done cleaning the car up good. he said how bout u let me take ur fuel injected junk for a lil ride lol. ( he's old old school drag racer) I tossed him the keys n said. Don't hurt urself, he laughed . he pulls slowy out the driveway n turns n looks at me w this shity *** smile. well he stops puts the car on the limiter n dumps the clutch lol. let's just say he didn't expect for *** end to come around as fast as it, nearly wiped out r mailbox! I almost **** a brick. he comes back n parks it , he looks at me n said wow this goes pretty good but then again I am getting old. lol.

 

She likes yours better because mine is too fast for her to drive!

 

I guess it was recently that someone asked if my car was a 2009 model because of how clean it was. I was personally complimented because of how I try to maintain and take care of the car, but also the fact that it is still timeless and looks good on the road.

 

Those rims you have look real good too. Very modern look and suits the car, no wonder you get that guy asked if it was an '09.

 

i get more looks/compliments on my 78 then i do my 02
