I say go low $$$$$ take it apart. see whats wrong. Fix it. See if theres anything necessary to assure no more concerns come up. This gets the car back on the road fast, low $ out of pocket and gets you back to enjoying running the car and having fun. By far the best or you could do this.
Spend tons of $$$$ make it really radical to the point where you're pissed you spent so much money and the driveability takes a ****, you end up hating driving it and you end up selling it or parting out losing a **** ton of money and buy something else or nothing cause of your frustration. Peronally as many can say on here Option #2 is always the best way to go!

Lets see a pick of how well those dots on the cam spocket are lined up. If the car had a stumbling problem ever since it went back together sounds like you may have been off a tooth. I know you know what your doing AJ but mistakes happen been there done that with a bike.
