It'll be Dover AFB. The no tax sounds awesome considering CA is basically 10%. As much as I love California I am excited to head to Dover, I spent a couple years in upstate NY so I think I have a feel for the weather, but whats the humidity like there?

Verdad Gallardo No tint on front windows, no way around it, no you dont need cats but it needs to be quiet. Emissions is rather easy. I get through with a 232/234 cammed car with longtubes and high flows every year.

For tint you have to print out a waiver off the DMV website. Take it to a doctor, have them sign it. Then you have to give the waiver to DMV and they redo your registration.
That way when the police run your plate number it shows up and leave you alone.
