Central Jersey GM Meet: September 11, 2010 Hey guys,
There will be a Central, NJ GM meet on September 11, 2010 (Saturday). The location will be be South Plainfield, NJ. It's very easy to get to from the NJ turnpike, NJ parkway, and 287. TURNPIKE: You can get off exit 9 and take Rt. 18 or exit 10 off the turnpike which would put you on 287, then take exit 5. The idea I had for the meet would be:
They just built this new restaurant called Brick House. It's basically a Hooters except girls wear low cut shirts and short jean shorts and are actually attractive. They also have about 10 TV's inside and outside and a big bar as well as an outdoor area to eat, drink, hang out, and watch TV. Thought we could all park together there, hang out, get some of the girls to come out and take some pictures, then go inside and eat, watch college football or just shoot the breeze. With the option to eat/hang out outside and still watch the games, thought would be a cool day in a nice atmosphere. This place gets packed quick so would be cool to have the attention with a bunch of G8's.
The meet will start at 11 A.M. so that we can get the parking spaces since both places get pretty crowded towards the afternoon.
If anyone is interested, let me know. I figure that with a central jersey location, some of the south jersey guys and PA guys could show up. Of course NY and all other states are welcome too.
Right now there is a mix of G8's, Firebirds/Trans Am's, Camaro's. Hoping for more

It's exit 9. Jeez, you would think I would know and I take it all the time
Your in East Brunswick! That's a max of 15 minute drive haha

food is awesome. i love ribs and i get them all the time. not expensive either. very nice inside. outside area is cool too, great to hang out in big group. the burgers are big. and so are some other things lol

how late? hmmm, idk. depends because there is food and drinks there along with college football but I would say 11 - 3ish? figure everyone is going to mess around outside, show off cars, talk about cars, etc. then go inside and grab food and what not.
