I need a LS1 engine mechanic
LS mechanic Thanks I may take you up on that .. This what I have so far tell me what you think. I have a stock LS1 2002 vette engine I'm thinking Trex cam w/springs and push rods ect.. (kit)720.00 oil pump,timming chain, ls6 intake and 241 heads new pacesetter long tube headers,magnaflow cat back...The car has true 3" duals w/x pipe and it goes over the rear on both sides to center mount exit with no mufflers I am going to keep the center exit and sell the rest of system with the old headers.KENSS was here last night and I think I'm going to have set up the cam... The car is a 6spd and I dont know what the gears are at this point ... The bummer is the guy I got the car from said it was 520 at the flywheel 440 at the wheels TOTAL BULLSHIT ITS A STOCK LS1 WITH CAM THE HEADS LOOK DECKED AND FOR SOME REASON THEY PUT 450 PUSH RODS IN IT I THINK THAT THE VALVES WERE BINDING AND IT MESSED THE HEADS UP/VALVES AND WIPED THE CAM AND TRASHED THE ROLLERS... anyway I have a real small budget and have been uot of work for over five weeks and my hand is messed up and they dont know why going for a MRI tonight and back to the docs tomorrow.......
