Spotted in Rockville MD today at 2pm. 04-07CTS-V red and modded As the title states.
What: 04-7 Red CTS-V with atleast a drop and exhaust
Where: congressional plaza in rockville(near REI)
When: today at about 2pm
Wanted to see if you were on the forums. car sounded so nice and looked perfect with your stance.

Car sounded good. I was out to lunch with the wife and her coworkers. We always end up taking her corolla for the fact that she parks in the garage.
