Talking Well i bought a LS2

As some of you may know i spun a rod bearing about 3 weeks ago at the track.

ive been battling back and forth on whether or not i should stay 346 and stay cam only and then h/c/i stock bottom end.

well after thinking about it and not wanting to have the risk of spinning another bearing and pulling a motor again. I decided to go w/ a ls2 and punch it out to a 402ci

itll be on a budget so im going to swap everything over from the old to the new motor plus add my TFS 215cc heads that have been sitting in the garage since last year.

eventually ill get TFS 235cc,fast 102/102 and AR 1 7/8 headers

what do you think?

I agree that's probably the smarter move dude, with stock bottom ends ya never know what you're going to get, it could last 500 passes or it could let go the 3rd time you take it to 7k rpm.
A properly built 402 can be very potent and possibly get your car to high 9s NA.

Good luck Brandon. If you look in the parts section Katech is selling a 4" stroke compstar crank for 800.
