Default ls1 engine builder in PA?

this thread might get banned but does anyone know a reputable and i mean well known LS1 builder around eastern PA? I am doing a 408 stroker and never built an engine. Not looking to blow up my 4k investment.

I would prefer someone who has exclusive knowledge with lsx engines. Thanks

Sometimes it is worth shopping around and getting a feel for the builder.

Why would be "ban" your thread for shopping for a reputable builder?

It is getting moved to the Eastern section however. We prefer the internal forums not be used to page engine builders in your area. Use the regional forums for that.

Good luck.

+1 for Fran/Race Proven Motorsports.

Have met with Rapid before. Did not do any work to my car but checked my stuff out for free and was a real nice guy to deal with.

Either sponsor will serve you well.

Seth's Auto Machine shop in Beaver Springs. he mainly does engines for the sprint cars and late model race cars for the area's dirt track teams. and he also does a ton of other engines because of Beaver Springs Dragway being 2 miles away. but he did my LS1 and others. plus the guy that helps him is knowledgeable in LS engines
