So this is my first post I know it should be in the new member thread but I was told I need to stir the **** storm. To start with I do not own LS1 but I do own the awesome 2JZ miata. I will conquer all!!!! Or at least as many as my shitty car will let me. To start it is a 2JZGE NA-t conversion. I have no idea how much power it makes or how fast it goes in the quarter but I am will to run anyone at OC given I get the car done by then. It needs some TLC (New Motor) I had a small detonation problem but I got a new motor just need to finish the cage and swap them out to finish tuning. I would love to run any of you guys just to see how it does. So let the **** talking begin you can tare up my car all you want because to be honest no one knows how fast it is or how fast it will got, but it should make around 450whp the trick will be to get the power down. Also don't start with you need this and that because the nick name of my car is the poverty wagon due to the fact that it has only taken $2500 to get it where it is now. I am just a kid with a dream with no money and the will to go fast.

Well your very welcome... No offense taken we are just having a bunch of fun... Thats nice you built that for peanuts its a very interesting build. Mr.2JZGE you did however screw up tuning that thing.. I was watching the vid and that thing was popping its *** off and you were still giving her hell... Now you really know how much of a no-no that is, a motor later but lesson learned...(atleast I hope)

those videos were from when he was running out of fuel from to small of injectors but yeah he gave it hell till the end and will prolly be giving it hell later today when he goes to work on it but i cant wait to help him get this car done, painted, and tune to have a blast in that matchbox car

okay well here is a thought the motor was a few hundred bucks he spent a year and a half building the car and it finally runs you cant say you wouldnt go out and wanna beat the hell out of it plus just an fyi his new motor going in was free!!!!! lucky bastard

it doesnt matter if its free or it cost 10k bucks....in the end its still a paper weight if its not done right and the labor to replace it is the same wether or not the actual part cost you anything. quite frankly it doesnt matter to me one way or another i was just pointing something out...my car runs fine.
