well we all know there will be no such thing as burnouts happening but if i was to pick a spot to waist an entire set of tires, where would i pick to do one and not get caught by cops.

pick a side street the runs down to the bay and do it at the end.

A side street is the best option for not getting caught, but what the hell fun is a burnout if no one else is around to watch? I myself prefer to do them right in the middle of the street as seen here:
