Like everyone has said, ALWAYS get a police report. Just b/c she has a vagina doesn't mean you let her off. If it was a guy, I'm sure you would have called the cops. I pulled the nice guy thing was and got screwed. Thankfully it was just a beater car and didn't do much of anything at all.

Update! The other driver's Geico insurance is covering 100% of the damage to my car. After the claim was filed, she never called geico back to give her description of the accident, so she was found automatically negligent. I'm now just waiting to get it inspected by one of their geico guys. I could get a free rental car too but i'm "underage". Next time i'll be sure to get a police report but in this situation it worked out fine. I'm can't complain that my car is finally getting fixed and for once i don't have to stand out in the cold to do it, or pay for it. thanks for the help APG12!

I know in PA if you were involved in an accident you can get rental if you are at least 18. Check w/ the rental company. If you are not qualified for the rental they need to either reimburse you for what they would of paid for the rental i.e. $25/day for time vehicle is in the shop or rent the vehicle to another qualified family member. There is absolutely no reason that you should be inconvenienced and not have a vehicle to drive b/c of their clients mistakes.

Anytime man. Yea man I would raise hell about the rental. If they aren't giving you a rental then they should be reimbursing you that amount since you are entitled to it. Either way though, I'm glad its working out for you. And I hope you are using your shop not geicos...
