Default 302 Muscle

Few of my friends and I are going to start a car club in delaware, to cruise, participate in shows, and have an all around good time. Figured i would throw a post up on here and see if any other delawarians were interested. Rules are as follow.

1. car must be american made
2. car must be a clean looking vehicle, no crashes half primer etc.
3. car must have faster than a 14 second 1/4 mile time
4. driver must be over 18.
5. driver must be drug free.
6. driver cannot drink and drive under ANY circumstances.
7. If the driver is under 21, drinking is prohibited while in company of other drivers of legal age.

If this sounds like a crew you'd like to hang around with feel free to pm me or post here.

I would say imports allowed if they are of the above average variety. Maybe based on the discrection of the president....

1. car must be american made

By the way, you need to re-word this.

Check your VIN and with at least my last 2 4th gen Fbodies is that the #2 at the beginning means that it was made in Canada. So Canadian Made.

Also in theroy I can make my 2007 HHR faster then 14 seconds but it was made in Mexico.

Besides the people being picky about the "rules" you have, I might be interested. Newark is about an hour drive for me.

I disagree with your statement.

When it comes to starting clubs, and being that this is.

A) Not the best economic times.
B) The car scene in some places has died down.

Our group at one time thought about a "Club" but what we realized that not everyone

A) is avalible to drive around
B) car is broken
C) broke and has no car

So we decided as long as the person was "cool" and not a complete immature douche, then they could hang and maybe find a race or 2. Or a person to go to help at the track or turn a wrench.

Bottom line, don't limit yourselves.

All Fbodies are assembled in Canada.

im not trying to be overly strict, just get some like minded individuals together for some fun. my main point is that your car not be a piece of crap most likely going to have 2 cobalts join from my work. There are atleast 3 clubs in this area for tuners, wanted to create something for american cars (whatever your definition may be). I just want to keep out illegal activity concerning drugs and alcohol. thinking of making the first meeting sometime at the beginning of march, there is a nice park on 40 in bear delaware that would make a great place to meet and maybe grill out or something. By the way, whats everyones ages that are interested?
