I am taking the Scifit Products, I still cycle the KRE after 12 weeks
I am drinking ALOT of water but even though SCIFIT sez u can take the PH balance w/o a cycle its not a good idea....
I also cycle the Natty test boosters and the pre, intra workout drinks...

Nice job Joel. I'm also on the gallon plus water a day routine, but that's for these damn kidney stones that I get. The plus side is I can get away with eating 'less strict' and not putting on the weight since I'm less hungry. I had my first McD's burger and fries the other day in almost a year or so and couldn't finish the medium fries.

For the first time in 10 years, I've gotten my cholesterol and triglycerides to where they should be, and like you said, I feel a good 10 years younger.

Keep it up Joel, stay focus, and maintain....

Congrats to you as well.

I'd say I'm cursed with the fast metabolism that I have. I can eat all I want and not gain weight.. But the Acid Reflux and frequent bloating kills me.

I gotta start working out again. I'll get none of that again.

(I just ate a few chocolate chip cookies)

Nice job Joel! I still need to come visit the shop if you guys are open on a Saturday. I think everyone could eat a little healthier. I recently got back into the gym after a 1 year absence. I'm on week 6 of my current routine. Next week I will be changing the weight routine and also adding nutrition into the equation. I am at 192-195 ish and hope to get to 170 ish.

Keep up the good work!

Agreed. Powder creatine has a tendency to make you retain water.

What sort of test boosters? Any side effects? Acne, back hair, the uncontrollable urge to have sex with LS1LT1 and WS601TransAm? lol

I would not even recognize you! Thats awesome! Congrats and keep it up! How are your legs/knees/ankles feeling?

You can still make some very yummy meals if you get a little creative. Have you tried corn-flake chicken? My g-friend makes it, and its awesome. Basically you use cornflakes to give chicken the same sort of texture as fried chicken except of course its 10x healthier.

At your weight you should be shooting for about 225-250g of protein a day. Are you able to hit that?

Truly awesome work & I bet you just added 15+ QUALITY years to your life!!
