Does any know of a good transmission guy to rebuild my 6 speed? i live in ct and i don't know of any place around where i live who can rebuild it for me. any help would be much appreciated.

 

We do them but don't know how far you are from us.

 

Can i bring the gearbox into you guys or do i need to drive the car there? Ur about a two hour ride from my house and dunno if my car will make.

 

If you can drive, it probably be best as you can test drive and make sure its bleed correctly. Hopefully to avoid re-rebuilding. IF you have room, tools, and know how to remove one and deliver, thats not a bad things, most people through do not have it all.

 

I took it out 2 years ago to change the slave but i worked at a garage then and had the lift to do the work on. I'll prob just pull it out at a friends house and drop it off to be rebuilt.

 

Don knows what he is doing, did mine before I went faceplated. He'll can set you up if you just bring him the trans
