Well got some more done tonight. Got all the fuilds filled. Reinstalled rear bumper and some other misc stuff. Got the car back on the ground and drove it out of the garage today.

Then I loaded the car up on the trailer to take it to work tomorrow to align if and go over things on the lift at work.

Then I have a few things to do yet. Need to find a air filter that will fit. Also need to find some sort of muffler just to take the edge off. It is pretty loud and dumped right at the drivers feet.

what size is your downpipe. I have a very small magnaflow bullet 4" that I'm selling...

I have a 4" downpipe. I was looking at a dynomax bullet just for size reasons although that might fit. Just not sure if I have the room for the 8" width where I am trying to put it.

if that other guy on YB don't take it...you're welcome to borrow it to see if you can make it fit...

I ran a flowmaster 4" bullet on my old setup. its beat up from hitting the ground a few times, but you can have that for free if you want to see what kinda room you have.

Well I need to thank Fireball and 1fastbird for helping me out. Fireball for donating his 7 second muffler and 1fastbird for his pick-up, delivery, and welding services tonight.

Well lets back track a couple days. Took the car into work and got it aligned and worked on some wiring for gauges

Brought the car home Thursday night and got all the charge pipes on and got things ready to reinstall the front facia.

Tonight I installed the front facia and tied up all the loose ends under the hood. Also installed my new air filter and all the inner fender liners

Chad (1fastbird) then showed up with Fireballs old muffler which was complete with some bends and a v band minus a section cut out of it. We cut this section out of it and rotated the orientaion of the pipes and welded them back together and it fit perfect.

Chad welding up the exhaust

I will try and get a pic of the exhaust tomorrow. I have one more door pannel left to install and some new power and grounds to the gauges to run and I am ready for tunning

Almost done. I have been out working on the tune but also fighting with the car getting hot in traffic. I now need to relocate my Trans cooler and my Meth tank trans cooler is an easy move but I have no idea where to go with the Meth tank. Car was also way to loud with just the muffler dumped under the drivers seat so yestarday I built some more exhaust to run it out the back and dump it right before the rear axle. It is Much quieter now. Didn't add anymore mufflers just 5' of 4inch pipe.

I am getting ready to head out of town for the weekend so I will not get back to working on it til Monday. Monday night I should be able to get everything buttoned back up.

Yeah when all you have is a regular radio in the garage and no CD/MP3 or XM radio to better choice your play list I am subject to the DJ's choise

But I am back from my weekend camping trip and ready to get working on things tomorrow. Will be ready for some OC cruising then home to button up the last few details before heading to the track

Well car is 99% ready for Ocean City cruise weekend. Got the exhaust done. Moved the trans cooler and reinstalled the Meth tank. All I have to do is button up a few interior things and I am ready to go. After OCMD I need to install my 2 step and get a new 5 point harness then I will be ready for the track.
