Worcester Summer Nationals Is anyone going to the summer nationals in Mass july 1st - 3rd? I really want to try and make it this year. does anyone know if you can register for the show when you get there or everything must be preregistered?
Pretty sure if you got money they'll be happy to take it from you. I personally hate Summer Nats. I'll be out that weekend cruising around in my car and enjoying it, many many miles from Worcester.

ehh it does get pretty trashy. Definitely not what it used to be but it is still a decent time. Green hill park will have more cars than you can count, coming and going all day. A lot of good old stuff too, always some good LSX stuff...so you will have to take the good with the bad. You can stop down at the crown plaza hotel and sign up in the lobby..its like 30-40 bucks for a car pass and two wrist bands, well worth it so you can park anywhere and the bracelets are good for the whole weekend.

The crown plaza is now a school! Last year they were registering cars from a trailer on the sidewalk! Yes you can register when you get there. I will be there saturday and sunday. I used to go downtown but that became a total shitshow in the last few years. I just stay in the park now.

I've always had fun going, I tend to stay at greenhill for most of it. I haven't been in a few years, I need to go again.

it use to be fun...full out race cars cruising the streets. now its mini vans and dump trucks cruising around with the exhausts hacked off. green hill is still decent tho. ill prob end up going down one day and checking it out.
