Default Help! Getting p0174 and p1074p codes

Figured I'd post this here too might get a little more attention:

I was previously getting that code saying that my passenger 02 sensor was shot.

I installed a new bosch for the rear corvette sensor and now I'm getting this code.

P0174 Fuel Trim System Lean Bank 2

Is it possible because I only replaced the one side that now I'm getting this code? Car has never thrown a lean code before, just 02 codes if I didn't let it warm up. The car was tuned a few years back at TTP, which is now closed.

Thanks in advance!

I would start by checking simple stuff, wiring to the O2 sensor, header or intake manifold leak, or possibly other vacuum leaks even though the code is only for bank 2, PCV line is a common one on LS1s.

so it's possible the pcv valve took a crap? The car only has 36 or 37k on it...something like that anyway lol

Probably not with that mileage. It's not the PCV valve itself but the hose connected to it that is prone to cracking and causing a vacuum leak. That would most likely also set P0171 but it doesn't hurt to check. Sometimes problems seem confusing and people start trying to over think without checking obvious stuff first.

You just need someone with HPT or EFIlive to scan the sensors and see whats going on.

Matt is at ECS now and still does this work.

A bad ground can do wild things to you ... Check on the rear drivers side head, and did the 01 have one on the coil bracket ? My 98 has 3 on the head... One broke a while back, and that's what it acted like...

I'd like to continue working with Matt. Unfortunately, he doesn't return my calls. I have a equalizer v3 and have no clue as to what the specs are.
