Truly is one of the best events i've been to. Really is great to see a wide variety of cars that you don't normally see run on any given weekend. Should be another great event this year.

Well I am glad you think so... I still think you pretty much need to have an all out racecar to compete in the street car classes.

Ford being allowed to run D1 blowers and GM only P1sc.

Crap! I got all excited my corvette would make the field now Still 3500lbs with driver race weight.

Tough part is the LS7 Z06 weighs 3175lbs stock w/o driver. Average driver weight 175lbs = 3350lbs. The 3500lbs is tough to figure out how to safely make the car weigh that much. If you put sand or lead in the back and you have a accident you have things in the rear compartment chest level with the driver that will come flying forward.

Dont get me wrong. I love the event and I will be there. My car is just definitely far from being able to meet the rules with having a LS7 car I know you do your best Jason to make things evenly keeled for everyone and I appreciate the efforts and LOVE YOUR TRACK!!!!!!!!!!

I know there is a charge ($100.00?) to run on Friday, but is there any charge to simply enter the track (paying for Saturday's/Sunday's racing of course) and pit early/tech in on Friday but not make any passes?
