NY rebuilt title to PA?

NY rebuilt title to PA? I have found a nice fbody for sale in NY. It has a NY rebuilt title. I live in PA. I have done quite a bit of research but still haven't found the answer to my question.
My question: will the NY rebuilt title transfer to PA without needing any special inspection or anything along those lines?
The reason I ask is because I know if you transfer a reconstructed title from PA (known as rebuilt title in NY) to NY, then NY state requires the salvage inspection all over again (which can take months). This is because NY state has slightly different requirements than PA.
So in other words:
PA to NY r-title = special inspection required
NY to PA r-title = ???
