High quality exhaust shops on LI?

High quality exhaust shops on LI? Looking for a muffler shop that does high quality exhaust work. Not table bends, T304 stainless piping, doesn't use 2.25" piping on a 2.5" exhaust because it's cheaper for them, routing with some foresight. Basically ... the exact opposite of about 99% of what you get at the average muffler shop around these parts.
I've gotten work done at ARH and they were fantastic. But, they're really not set-up for small time jobs. Kinda had to twist their arms to set aside time to touch my car. Understandable seeing as it was a fairly small job. This would be another ... basically just an axle-back set-up, slightly more.
Any suggestions/recommendations?

Heh. Same hours as me ... well, I work longer hours, but same days. No chance of a day off. 
I'll keep them in mind in case I do, by some miracle, get a free day ... but anybody know anything on LI?
