I hope they do.

I know Jet fans usually HATE Giants fans. Prolly stems from the old "Giants" stadium thing and the Giants consistent playoff appearances and Superbowl wins and the Jets well.......being the Jets.
But Jet fans should know, Giants fans don't hate the Jets. Giants fans are NEW YORK fans-plain and simple (yes I know they play in NJ,lol) . We don't share the same HATRED that typical Jet fans do. I myself, being a life long Giants fan, have been to multiple Jet games. I have a Jet hat and a throwback Curtis Martin jersey I wear to games. I like the Jets. I like Rex Ryan and the way the Jets have played since he took over. Not the last few weeks of course, no one does and I absolutely HATE the way BOTH teams are playing defense this year.
The tailgate atmosphere at Jet games are second to none and I have gone tailgating at Jet games without even going to the game itself.
Rex Ryan has been a friggin GODSEND to the Jets organization and I really like the guy. He does NOT know when to STFU but that's just him.
Anyways, I hope the Jets do win this weekend, I honestly think between the 2 teams the Jets have the better chance to advance in the play offs if they get in.
This weekend-Go J-E-T-S. Knock the Giants out, end our MISERABLE season and make a run.

Imagine how it feels to be a vikings fan... But at least they're breaking in a new guy, if they can manage to pick up a couple offensive linemen next year to bulk that up some, work on the defense a little more maybe they can at least get something going.

Hey talk to me in 4 years bitch!
JetLife stadium?.........I think NOT!

Giants still suck this year but still good enough to beat the J-E-T-S.

Lol-seriously they BOTH really suck this year-the misery will end soon with no playoffs for either team.
Merry Xmas everyone!

If nothing else, it'll be an exciting finish to the season next weekend.

I feel bad for the Eagles.... ok, maybe not, but with them winning, nothing is going to change with the team and they are going to continue to suffer with mediocrity that is Andy Reid.

Well we may see the Giants play well next weekend and in play offs if they make it.
It's no secret the defense has been a disaster all season and in HUGE part to Perry Fewels ridiculously complicated defensive schemes. Players have been confused all season and with new guys in out out of the line up due to injuries the confusion was really showing on the field.
I come to find out today that they FINALLY simplified the defense for this game against the Jets and just let the guys play and it really showed on the field. Giants have been WORST in the league giving up 3rd conversions and yesterday the Jets were only 3 out of like 22 or something like that on 3rd down and got good pressure on Sanchez.
It's a shame for the Jets that they got away from running the ball-they had success running early in the game. 59 attempts by Sanchez is just ridiculous and very UNLUCKY for the Jets that the Giants finally simplified the defensive schemes and played much better pass defense.
If the Giants did not simplify the D then Rex's gameplan was right on with all the pass attempts BUT it should have been IMMEDIATELY apparent to Rex and ahem.....Schottnheimer (douche) that the defense they were seeing was NOT the defense of previous weeks and should have made adjustments including RUNNING the ball a WHOLE LOT MORE.

I wonder if they still think Vick is worth $100 mil?

:

With the amount of pressure the Giants front 4 can put on the quarterback and with the Eli / Cruz combo that team should be WAY better. How do you play so well against the 49ers, Patriots, and Green Bay but get wrecked by Seattle and Washington?

Defensive coordinator has to go.

Who'd a thought? GIANTS actually made it in.
Defense is playing WAYYYYYYYYYYY better since they made Fewel simlify it.
They may even win the wild card game on sunday. Who'd a thought?
