Where does work fit into this schedule haha? Either way man awesome results, I managed to cut off 30 pounds of fat over one summer. But i'm still young and lazy. Sadly I have had two pretty rough knee injuries so most of my cardio is out for now :[

Congrats man, I started my diet back in july of last year and weighed in at 240, a month later I weighed 220 and then totalled my camaro got depressed and stoped eating right and working out. Well in december my gf of 4 years (who I was going to ask to marry me in May) broke up with me and i found out she cheated on me, since then I have been hard at it ever since. Im down to 200lbs and Im determined to get to 180 before summer time.

Damn Joel, I didn't even recognize you in those pics. Congrats... keep it up.

Not sure if you mentioned it, but a key for anyone to be healthier is lots of water. Figure an easy gallon of water a day is a good goal.

I cant seem to view photos on here anymore but I can imagine what a weight loss of nearly 200lbs looks like. I've seen the gastric bypass before and afters, but I don't think I've ever heard of that weight loss without surgery and/or serious drugs.

One of the guys at my gym is pushing about 110lbs lost in the last 18 months and I thought that was amazing.

He looked very similar to the big guy that works in the basement on "american guns" tv show on discovery channel.
