Philadelphia guys, need help

I'm looking to replace my DD and I think I've found what I'm looking for. The truck is in Philly, a couple blocks south of Norris Square. Is this a bad area?

North philly isnt the safest part of the city to say the least. I wouldnt go to buy a used car there. Philly set a new record of around 32 shootings in one 3 day weekend last year if that helps your decision, and Im sure N. Philly was well represented, lol

That is one of the worst neighborhoods in the city. You're most likely being set-up to be robbed.

Have the owner meet you half way somewhere. If he doesn't? You just avoided being gang-raped.

Agree, you should see the stuff they sell on craigslist in N. Philadelphia. Mac book pro $200. Caad8 roadbike $300. " CASH ONLY!" hahhaha
