Dover Area People Ok, so I'm new up here but I'd love to try and get a quarterly (or monthly) gathering started. It's my understanding that one does not exist ATM. Maybe a "Coffee & Cars" type of thing or a Sonic drive-in take-over type of thing ... doesn't really matter. If there's anyone here that owns a business downtown and is a F-Body/LSx enthusiast, maybe we could work out something there. If you're interested, let's get the wheels rolling!
About an hour out up in wilmington...always looking to join. I know they do something on fridays at the rest stop by Newark on 95, but a bunch of Hondas usually show up and do some dumb ****.

Red LT1 Z28 with some clear flaking off the front end with some black 17" ZR1 replicas ... really loud, came with a dump tube on the factory headers & y-pipe. She's needs some TLC but she's still an F-Body with a lot of potential. I just uploaded a picture of it in my "garage".
I'm still finding my way around here (even though I've been up here for nearly 2 months) ... you guys know of a place that would be open to letting a regular car gathering happen on their lot? I think more places would be more willing (at least in my experience) if it were something like a "Coffee & Cars" thing.

Anyone else have any inputs? If it'd get more bodies/cars maybe we could get something started up in Wilmington. I know there's more F-Bodies up that way and with Philly right there, I'd imagine it could be a half way large gathering. The guy I bought my Z28 from has a gym up in the Wilmington area ... I could get in touch with him to see if he thinks there'd be a problem with something happening there.

Usually everyone meets up at the old Pathmark on 896 and then we go to the rest stop once the cops show up.
You don't say lol. Im always out there. Its not too bad until all the Honda boys show up. Usually some nice cars out there. Not a great time of the year though. Mine is all torn apart in the garage still.

Yeah haha I was at that meet and all the people started running. I kinda just sat there when the cops rolled up lol. The cop said they were all running into a speed trap down the road lmfao. I drive an all black GTO, should be at the meets again once it warms up. Stop by and say hi!

Yeah more than likely. It was broke down at the base theater for a few days (Thursday morn through yesterday afternoon), but it's back up and running. The starter housing had somehow fractured and part of it shattered.
