LOL very confusing I was thinking yo guys were talking about the original ESP

East Side Performance in Conn

Anyway Im in NY but If I was up in Mass I would go to Slowhawk. A well known and respected member of the lsx community.

Why mess around ? I would go to the guy who has done thousands of these cars. Why would ya go to anyone else. I dont need a guy trying getting his LSX experience on my ride. I know these days everyone who buys hptuners is a tuner and does tuning for money. ITs all over here in NY . Anyway Good luck with your car

Why would a car with a stock cam ever surge?

if the fueling wasnt setup right where it is ignoring the 02's and not running a maf it would surge - a 40* intake charge and a 100* intake charge have different requirements to run stable , without the maf telling the pcm what is incoming and the 02's telling you what is outgoing you have to model everything else thats pertinent but yes with an aftermarket cam it would take more effort.

Sd is actually real easy on a stock cam car. Just as long as it runs good, all that matters.
